For Pepijn, the ocean has always been home. Literally starting his sailing

journey as an infant, secured safely in a Maxi Cosi on deck, he was

navigating the demanding North Sea by age thirteen. While he holds a

Bachelor’s degree in International Business Innovation, Pepijn chose the

horizon over the office, turning his lifelong passion into a professional

career.

With over 9,000 nautical miles logged and a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore

certification, Pepijn is a highly skilled mariner known for his calm leadership

and technical precision. His background in innovation translates into a

meticulous eye for detail and a guest rating of 10/10. Pepijn doesn’t just sail a

boat; he creates an environment where guests feel safe, inspired, and truly

at ease.

Nicole’s 'happy place' is wherever great food meets great company. With a

decade of experience in the hospitality industry, including managing a high-

end catering company, she brings a level of professional service to AURORA that is rare to find. A graduate of the prestigious Ashburton

Cookery School, Nicole specializes in creating vibrant, fresh, and soulful

dishes inspired by her travels across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Sailing since childhood, she mastered the art of 'galley gourmet' early on,

becoming the go-to chef for family and friends. Today, she combines her

management skills with her culinary talent to offer guests a five-star dining

experience. For Nicole, every meal is an opportunity to bring people together

and celebrate the beauty of the islands.
